Mon père aimait les bateaux, particulièrement les bateaux de pêche, pleins de couleurs; il aurait aimé les chalutiers multicolores du port d'Essaouira où j'ai vécu 6 mois, et le Maroc en entier, pour sa richesse humaine authentique & sa lumière extraordinaire. Un pays de peintres!

My father loved boats, especially fishing boats, full of colors; he would have liked the multicolored trawlers of the port of Essaouira where I lived 6 months, and Morocco as a whole, for its authentic human wealth & its extraordinary light. A country of painters!
