Nature Morte au Verre de Vin/ Still Life with a Glass of Wine

Celui la, il est a moi (quelle fierté de vous le montrer!) Ce n'est pas vraiment une nature morte car il y a du vin dedans et le vin est un produit vivant (le sang de la terre?). Autre particularité, ce tableau peint sur papier est encollé sur une toile, au lieu du contreplaqué que mon père utilisait habituellement. Il disait qu'il voulait en marouflant ainsi, que ses tableaux traversent le temps. Donc, je lève mon verre de vin (rouge bien sur!) à la santé de cette nouvelle année & de tous les amateurs d'arts, les esthètes du beau & du bon.....

This one, it's mine (how proud to show it to you!) It's not really a still life because there is wine in it and wine is a living product (the blood of the earth?). Another peculiarity, this painting painted on paper is glued on a canvas, instead of the plywood that my father usually used. He said that he wanted by marouflaging thus, that his paintings cross the time. So, I raise my glass of wine (red of course!) To the health of this new year & all art lovers, aesthetes of the beautiful & the good .....
